Amazon Music reveals changes to senior leadership in Europe | Music Ally

Well, not huge changes, since both the people involved already work at Amazon Music, and will continue to do so.

But the streaming service has a new director of Amazon Music in Europe, Killian Gerngross, who was previously director of marketing and growth there.

She’s replacing Paul Firth, who has been promoted to director of Amazon Music International, responsible for Europe but also now Japan, Latin America, India, Canada and other markets. Gerngross will report in to Firth, who will report in to Amazon’s overall music boss Steve Boom.

She has been working at Amazon since mid-2011, and in its music business since March 2013 when she took up a role as senior label and artist relations manager in the US, including handling Amazon’s relationship with Sony Music.
