Concerts requiring mass, in-person gatherings have come to a halt thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, but a germ can't stop the music. Artists across the globe are stepping up to perform in creative ways, most notably with livestreaming performances across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch and beyond.

In many cases, they are raising money for important causes, trying to keep their own important revenue coming in,  or simply keeping their fans (and themselves) entertained while we all wait for venues to re-open. In any case, they're all valuable. In addition to sharing and keeping conversations about their art alive, it's safe to say these streaming artist are performing a tremendous service to a shut-in world and for that they deserve our thanks.

And if they have a tip jar, put in a little extra if you can. We are taking tips of the news kind at streaming@pollstar.com. Thank you, and check back regularly as this list will be updated often.
