First Artists Management opens UK office, hires Hamish Duff & Sabrina Hutchinson as Agents | Music Business Worldwide

Los Angeles-born First Artists Management, a talent agency specializing in the representation of composers and music supervisors has expanded operations with a new European office in London and the addition of two new agents.

Hamish Duff, who joins from independent management and publishing company Involved Productions, will head the London office and oversee all UK and EU operations.

Duff joins First Artists Management with his clients including Solomon Grey, Clark, Alex Baranowski, Will Gregory, Blanck Mass, Hannah Peel, Nico Casal, and The Grandbrothers.

Meanwhile, entertainment publicist Sabrina Hutchinson of Defiant Public Relations will join agents Vasi Vangelos and Alexander Vangelos in the Los Angeles office.

Hutchinson founded entertainment PR agency Defiant Public Relations in 2011 which specializes in sound and music clients and events, and has represented clients including composers Rolfe Kent, Gordy Haab, Bear McCreary, Blake Neely, Christopher Young, and Joshua Mosley, amongst others.

Joining her at First Artists Management will be composers Gordy Haab and Joshua Mosley.

First Artists Management’s roster of talent includes Academy Award nominee Carter Burwell, Golden Globe winner Craig Armstrong, Grammy Award winner David Arnold, four time Grammy Award winner Stanley Clarke, Golden Globe nominee Rolfe Kent, Academy Award winner John Ottman, five time Grammy winner and Golden Globe nominee Antonio Sanchez, Academy Award nominee Javier Navarette, and Academy Award winner Vangelis, amongst others.
