London-based creative industries law firm Lee & Thompson has hired the widely respected artist lawyer Liv Lyons as a Senior Associate in its music team, effective Wednesday, December 4.
Lyons joins the firm from Simons Muirhead & Burton where her main focus was advising emerging artists and producers/songwriters, in addition to advising established and up-and-coming music managers.
The highly-sought after lawyer previously trained and qualified at music practice Clintons.
Her artist clients include Yungblud, Col3trane, Ama Lou and Bondax plus rising star Claudia Valentina and producer/songwriter James Earp (Lewis Capaldi, Bipolar Sunshine, Fickle Friends).
Lyons worked in the music industry both as an artist manager and musician before qualifying as a lawyer.Music Business Worldwide
