The deal includes a catalog of 4,500 master recordings along with 3,500 compositions that includes A Day To Remember, Hawthorne Heights, Thursday, Silverstein, Taking Back Sunday, Atreyu, Bayside, Counterparts and Between the Buried and Me.

Founded by Brummel in 1989, Victory has become of the leading labels in metal, rock, and punk, with album sales of more than 15 million in the past 30 years. Its catalog has garnered six RIAA certified Gold albums, six RIAA certified Gold singles, one RIAA certified platinum single, two BPI certified silver albums and one Canada Music Canada certified Gold album.
