Allison Hamamura joins Anthem Entertainment as General Manager, West Coast, and Head of Label | Music Business Worldwide


Music industry veteran Allison Hamamura has joined Anthem Entertainment.

Reporting directly to CEO Helen Murphy, Hamamura will be the General Manager of Anthem’s west coast music and publishing offices and will head the company’s recorded music label, Anthem Records.

Based in Los Angeles, Allison will travel to the Anthem offices in New York, Nashville, London and Toronto as needed.

The Anthem Entertainment label team will now report to her.

Hamamura joins Anthem Entertainment from the Aloha Music Group where she has been the Chief Creative Officer for the past seven years.

Prior to that, she spent more than a decade as VP of A&R for Hollywood Records She was involved with artists there including Ludacris, T-Pain, and Jesse McCartney.

She was also General Manager at Mercury Records where she worked with artists including Hanson, Brian McKnight, Morrissey, Chuck D, and The Mighty Mighty Bosstones.
