Live Nation has acquired again.
This time the live music giant, via its Finland-based division, has acquired Hög Agency & Promotion’s business.
Founded in 2016, Hög Agency & Promotion is a key player in the Finnish market and represents Finnish artists such as Olavi Uusivirta, Adi L Hasla, Mouhous and Vilma Alina.
Mikko Varjamo, the Founder and CEO of Hög Agency will continue at Live Nation Finland as an agent, and current employees will now work for Live Nation.
In addition to the acquisition, Live Nation Finland has also signed two emerging acts from Finland , Kube and SONNY.
In June, Live Nation acquired Poland-based promoter Go Ahead.
In May the company acquired Spaceland Presents – one of Los Angeles’ best known indie concert promotion and booking firms, as well as the owner of venues such as The Echo, Echoplex and The Regent Theater.
In February Live Nation bought a majority stake in Tons of Rock, Norway’s biggest rock and metal festival.
