AMRA hires Robin Davies as Head of International & General Manager | Music Business Worldwide


Global digital collection society AMRA has hired Robin Davies as Head of International & General Manager, reporting to AMRA’s CEO Tomas Ericsson.

Based in London, Davies will manage relationships with collection societies, collective management organizations, and CISAC, to further improve operational efficiency and deepen partnerships.

Furthermore, Davies will work with the AMRA executive team on strategy and business development.

Davies brings with him strong experience from his years at PwC where he advised Fortune 500 companies, private equity clients, and startups across technology, media, telecom, and banking industries.

During his time at PwC, Davies also led the original AMRA work in designing the separation from Kobalt. He is specialized in organizational design, technology driven transformation and operational strategy.

Prior to joining AMRA, Davies worked as VP, head of business operations at Kobalt Music Group.

During his time with Kobalt he helped organize the company’s global technology platform to drive technology and automation into Kobalt’s core processes, which has created operational leverage and productivity.
