Teen Choice Awards Nominees Announced

Nominations for the youth pop-culture awards show of the summer have been revealed. The Teen Choice Awards, which will be taking place August 11, 2019 in Los Angeles, takes votes from teens at least 13-year of age from social media sites for 5 days. The nominations include some of the most buzzed names in music, television and film.
‘Miss Me More’ singer Kelsea Ballerini, who released Unapologetically through Black River Entertainment, is in the running for Choice Country Artist and Choice Country Song. As Kelsea continues to grow as an artist and songwriter, she’s making sure her sound is heard all over the world. If you haven’t heard it yet, ‘Better Luck Next Time’ is her latest release via the new hit series Songland.
In the Latin category, The Orchard royalty are receiving multiple nominations. Daddy Yankee and Bad Bunny are going head-to-head for Choice Latin Artist. In the Choice Latin song category, Ozuna is receiving a nod with Daddy Yankee and J Balvin for “Baila Baila Baila (feat. Farruko, Anuel AA)” [Remix]. And we see you, Daddy Yankee for your latest hit! Billion Views Club inductee Daddy Yankee has been nominated for “Con Calma (feat. Snow and Katy Perry).” Meanwhile, Rimas Entertainment’s Bad Bunny is representing with “MIA (feat. Drake)”.
Voting is open now until June 25 on Teen Choice Award socials. Be sure to tune into Fox on Sunday, August 11th at 8 p.m. Easten Time to see which of your favorite artists won.
