New York-based Primary Wave Music Publishing has taken a minority equity interest in Premier Music Group.
Founded by former Downtown Music Co-Founders Josh Deutsch (Chairman/CEO) and Terence Lam (Co-Chairman), Premier is a music and culture agency working with its artists and brand clients to drive culture and commerce.
Premier will utilize Primary Wave’s vast financial and artistic resources to expand its platform and capabilities, including further acquisitions and investments to enhance its creative, strategy, content, design and music supervision services.
Leveraging Premier’s creative and strategy expertise, Primary Wave and Premier will work closely in further expanding brand and marketing opportunities for their collective roster of artists and brand clients.

Last Month Primary Wave agreed what it called ‘a multi-million dollar deal’ with British Band Culture Club.
