Kinga Siennicka promoted to Managing Director, Warner Music Poland | Music Business Worldwide

Kinga Siennicka (pictured) has been appointed Managing Director, Warner Music Poland with immediate effect.

Based in Warsaw, Siennicka will report directly to Alfonso Perez-Soto, Warner Music’s EVP, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.

She has been promoted into this position from her previous role as Vice Chair of Marketing and Promotion, Warner Music Eastern Europe.

Siennicka started out in the music industry more than two decades ago as local product manager for independent label Kompania Muzyczna Pomaton, which was acquired by EMI in 1995.

She continued her career at EMI, rising through the ranks to become VP, Marketing for Central and Eastern Europe and Promotion Director for Poland.

Siennicka remained in that role when EMI Poland became part of Warner Music Group in 2013.

Local artists signed to Warner Music Poland include Sylwia Grzeszczak, Mela Koteluk, Mary Komasa, Pola Rise, Anita Lipnicka, T.Love, Smolasty, Piotr Ziola and Natalia Szroeder.
