Primary Wave Music Publishing has partnered with Gaither Music Group.
The executive team at Gaither will lead the expansion with Paul Sizelove staying on as President, Barry Jennings as Vice Chairman, and both Bill and Gloria Gaither continuing their creative roles within the company.
Steve Moore, president of Moore Entertainment, brokered the deal and will remain a consultant to the Gaither executive team.
Under the terms of the deal, Primary Wave will help Gaither expand its brand and develop new artists, as well as acquire strategic catalogs and assets to grow the company.
Gaither Music Group will now have access to the Primary Wave marketing team, branding team, digital team, publicity department, and publishing infrastructure which includes licensing and synch opportunities.
The leading Christian music company comprises a label, publishing company, video production company and concert tour platform.
