Warner Music Group hires Facebook’s Jess Keeley-Carter as SVP of Global Digital Marketing, Recorded Music | Music Business Worldwide


Jess Keeley-Carter has been named Senior Vice President of Global Digital Marketing, Recorded Music for Warner Music Group (WMG).

Based in London, she will report to Jeremy Marsh, who was recently promoted to the role of Chief Global Marketing Officer, Recorded Music, WMG.

Keeley-Carter, who joins WMG on January 14, was previously at Facebook, where she oversaw Label Partnerships for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In her new post, she becomes part of Warner’s central team of marketers, which works in tandem with the company’s labels around the world.

While at Facebook, Keeley-Carter worked closely with record labels across the industry to help build global social media followings for a broad diversity of artists.

She previously worked for Universal Music Group for eight years, first in the UK as Global Digital Business Manager and then at Universal Music Australia as Senior Director of Digital Strategy.
