Global superstar Usher has signed a worldwide management deal with Luke Mitzman and 100 Management.
100 Management was founded a decade ago in the UK by Mitzman. Today it has offices in Los Angeles and London and counts Zane Lowe (Global Creative Director, Apple Music), Netsky (Republic), Maya B (Capitol) and Dr Woo (‘the world’s most in-demand tattoo artist’) among its clients.
Mitzman and 100 will work alongside Usher’s existing team, led by Julia Khan.
Usher (pictured) is currently headlining a sold out Australia and New Zealand stadium tour (where he’s sold over 150,000 tickets). He has just released his latest project, ‘A’, with producer Zaytoven.
The star, full name Usher Raymond IV, is recording his new album due to be released on RCA next year.
Usher has been ranked by the Recording Industry Association of America as one of the best-selling artists in American music history, having sold over 65 million records worldwide.
He has won numerous awards including 8 Grammy Awards and was named the #1 Hot 100 artist of the 2000s decade.
Billboard named him the second most successful artist of the 2000s decade, with his career-propelling 2004 album “Confessions” being ranked as the top solo album of the 2000s decade.
Usher has attained nine Hot 100 #1 hits (all as a lead artist) and 18 Hot 100 top-10 singles.Music Business Worldwide
