Maverick has appointed Meredith Gardner to the role of Senior Vice President of Digital, where she will lead the Company’s digital team as well as consult on digital marketing for Maverick’s roster of artists.
Gardner will be based in Beverly Hills and report to Greg Thompson, President of Maverick.
She joins Maverick from Capitol Music where she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and Product overseeing the digital division and digital marketing campaigns for Capitol’s artists.

Gardner has previously managed digital marketing, advertising, technology and web development for artists including Sam Smith, Beck, Disclosure, Troye Sivan, Niall Horan and Migos and worked with Katy Perry on her highly publicized studio albums Teenage Dream, Prism and Witness.
Additionally, Gardner oversaw digital marketing across client rosters for music labels including Astralwerks, Blue Note, Harvest, Motown and Virgin.
Gardner began her career in 2009 at Capitol Music Group as a coordinator in the digital division.
Maverick is a key entity of Live Nation Entertainment’s Artist Nation group.
Maverick’s current roster of artists includes U2, Florida Georgia Line, Madonna, Paul McCartney, Britney Spears, The WKND, Lil Wayne, French Montana, Jason Aldean, Jill Scott, The Roots, Fifth Harmony, Rascal Flatts, and more.Music Business Worldwide
