In 2012, she became New Media and Business Manager for Southern Cone Latin America, working closely with Warner Music’s business partners across the region.
In her new role, Vaccari will work on enhancing existing business partnerships and striking new deals to help grow revenue for the record company and its artists.

Zabala said: “Marcela is an incredibly talented and hard-working executive.
“She’s built great relationships with our partners and is always keen to explore new opportunities on behalf of our artists.
“This new role is recognition of her amazing efforts to date and I have high expectations of what she’ll achieve in the future.”
Vaccari added: “I’m delighted to be working with Iñigo and the team as we further build Warner Music’s presence in key emerging markets.
“Everyone’s been talking about the global explosion of Latin music, but what’s less well-known are the accompanying commercial opportunities for artists across the Latin markets themselves.
“I want to make sure that we’re in a position to pioneer the future growth of our industry and connect our artists’ music to the widest possible audience.”
