Milk & Honey hires Chelsea Avery as Head of A&R/Manager | Music Business Worldwide


Artist management, A&R and marketing company Milk & Honey has hired Chelsea Avery to the position of Head of A&R/Manager.

Avery will lead the Los Angeles-headquartered business’s creative team, in addition to  managing and helping build its talent roster.

Prior to joining Milk & Honey, Avery held the position of Senior VP of A&R for Scooter Braun Projects where she handled A&R for Justin Bieber’s “Purpose” album, in addition to artists such as Martin Garrix, Tori Kelly, David Guetta, The Knocks, Steve Angello and Rixton among others.

Prior to Scooter Braun Projects, she worked at Republic and Interscope Records.
