Independent publisher Big Deal Music Group has promoted four executives – Ashley Alexander, Laila Bengharsa, Amber Packer and Mary Margaret Rogers – to the position of Creative Director.

Bengharsa, Alexander and Packer are headquartered in the firm’s Los Angeles office while Rogers is based in the NYC office.

“We pride ourselves in growing our executive talent from within, and each of these young executives has shown remarkable ability to work alongside our songwriters to create new opportunities for them within our business,” said Big Deal Founder and President, Kenny MacPherson.

“I am looking forward to each of them making even more valuable contributions to our success in their important new positions.”

After graduating from Berklee College of Music, Ashley Alexander joined Big Deal Music Group in 2014 as an A&R Coordinator.
