UMPG promotes Kevin Cady to dual finance and strategy role | Music Business Worldwide


Universal Music Publishing has promoted Kevin Cady to Head of Finance for the Americas and Senior Vice President of Global Business Strategy.

Cady joined the publisher in 2005 and most recently served as Vice President of Global Finance.

In his new role, he succeeds JW Beekman who was recently named UMPG’s global Chief Financial Officer.

In addition to being responsible for financial operations in North America and Latin America, Cady will oversee deal and catalog valuations, and work with global teams in executing strategic opportunities for the company.
