SESAC confirms it’s signed Adele, who leaves her deal with BMI | Music Business Worldwide


Adele has officially signed her US performing rights representation over to SESAC.

The star’s songwriting performance royalties will now be collected by the for-profit group, in a deal which sees Adele leave behind her long-standing deal with BMI.

Multi-Grammy winning Adele has sold a combined 58m records of her past two albums, 21 and 25, around the world.

The star just completed a multi-year international tour, and performed her finale in the U.K. at London’s Wembley Stadium.Music Business Worldwide
